Happy 25 Weeks Isla!

Dear Isla,

This past week you have experienced 2 new things! We took you to your first Twins game on Monday night! Your mommy and daddy love going to Twins games and we are hoping you will too. I know you couldn't see anything at the game, but that was probably best considering what a bad and boring game it was. We'll take you to more when you are older!

Today you got to fly on a plane! Back in the day, mommy had no problems flying, now I am scared to death. You were lucky and slept through the ride. I was panic stricken the entire trip to Chicago due to turbulence. As we were about to land the flight attendants informed us that they would not be able to make the final sweep of the cabin due to turbulence, and then they informed us that "if making an emergency landing is necessary, do not take any personal items while evacuating the plane." Mommy did not like hearing this as the plane was violently shaking. Thankfully, I was able to close my eyes and talk to you the whole time. It helped me to feel better.

I cannot wait to see you and kiss your squishy face in 15 weeks.
