I am still sick, and it is slowly killing me. Thursday night/Friday morning was the sickest I've ever been in my entire life...no joke. I thought at one point I really really dying. I was throwing up every 20-30 minutes from 7:30pm Thursday night, to 7:30am Friday...and then occasionally throughout the day on Friday. HORRIBLE. I wish it upon no one. I did lose 8 pounds though, so I will stop complaining :)
I couldn't handle a full day of work today. I left at 12. Today was the first time I had been out of bed, aside from showering, since Thursday night, and I just wasn't functioning. I'm thankful I found a sub on such short notice, and I'm happy to have one more day in bed. Hopefully by tomorrow I will be feeling stronger.
I have the best class EVER this year! The naughtiness of last year is a thing of the past. I do have a couple attention seekers, and one cryer, but NOTHING compared to the challenges I had last year. And having 15 kids is glorious :) Leaving them with a sub no longer scares me. I can 100% say that none of my students will try stabbing another with a scissors! YAY!
I have been watching A Baby Story on TLC since I've been home. I NEED a baby. I'm pretty sure I'm jinxing myself with all of the baby talk I do. But I am determined to have a baby soon. Of course, now that I am married, everyone at school seems to think my violent illness=pregnancy. All I heard this morning..."Maybe you are pregnant..." No, I'm not, but thanks for reminding me that I AM NOT! Hopefully soon. I think Andy and I are going to try to have a little Vegas honeymoon in October first...then we'll see... :) I suppose Andy does need a job first.
I don't agree with all of the Sarah Palin bashing I have been reading on several blogs. If you don't like her, fine, but really there is no need to be bashing her. I am not a fan of Obama, yet I don't go around bashing him. It is what it is. I personally love Sarah Palin. She may not be the most experienced choice, but I think her and McCain make a great team. For anyone who knows me well, I don't think this a shocking revelation. I've always been a bit more on the conservative side, and I absolutely disagree with raising taxes. I am interested to see how the election turns out...almost more interested than I was with the Bush/Gore election! Shocker.
I need a nap.
The end.

I hope you get feeling better and I also hope that you get pregnant very soon! Although waiting to find out if you are pregnant may be the worst thing ever (it can be a long two weeks until you can actually take a test). It will happen for you guys so don't stress about it! Glad to hear that you have a class that you really like - that should make going to work much easier! Take care and enjoy your nap.
One more thing - I am really starting to like Sarah Palin and I think her and McCain will do just fine in the White House!! Come on she is a lipstick wearing pitbull, what more do you want!
BOSTY?? What the? I am so confused. And you need to start blogging again.. gives me something to do when I need a little break at work!
One more thing, you know when you post and it makes you type in the word verification... the word right now is FLYPOO!! That totally made me laugh!
