I've attempted (once again) to give up caffeine, more specifically, Mountain Dew. I had my last bit of caffeine Wednesday morning, and by Thursday night I seriously thought I might die. I've had the worst headaches the past three days now. My head hurts so bad that it makes me nauseous. I'm crabby, and irritable, and very tired.
I am giving up Mountain Dew in hopes of losing weight. I've been too damn lazy to workout regularly on our lovely elliptical, so I need to cut calories, and Mountain Dew seemed like the best place to start. At the very least, I am eliminating 300 calories a day. I was drinking between 2-4 cans a day. Sometimes 5 on the weekends. So, this will be good for me. Hopefully I will be able to squeeze back into my college jeans in no time.

You could drink Diet Mountain Dew (although I still don't see the point of that stuff) but at least it has zero Calories! Good Luck with the headaches.. they will eventually go away.
