Thank God the Elections are OVER!

I don't really like politics at all. I used to be hard core Republican, now I'm pretty much a middle of the road person. In most cases I will vote Republican, unless I there is another candiate who I really like, or a Republican I really dislike. Obviously I couldn't vote in Illinois, but I've been sort of caught up in the IL candidates because I've been here so much the last couple months. All I can say is this is one Republican I am glad didn't win.

I know MANY Republicans who didn't vote for you Judy, because you are scary and sort of witch like.

I actually think I lied when I said I was a middle of the road person. Seeing Democrats' Day in big bold letters in the Chicago Tribune sort of makes me cringe. Whatever. I hate politics.

I'm just happy commercials will be getting back to normal, and even happier to not be recieving anymore messages from Laura Bush, John McCain, Tammy Duckworth...seriously we had 7 different messages from candiates on our voicemail this weekend. It was ridiculous and actually it made me not want to vote at all. Not that I could have voted here anyway, but you know what I mean.

We got a call from Bill Clinton. It was awesome...

Happy Democrats Day! ;)

I guess the Democrats deserve to celebrate a little, but let me tell you things are not going to change like everyone thinks they are gonna. And one other thing... do they think that putting their sign in every single yard down the street is going to make you want to vote for them. Because those damn signs make me want to move to Canada during election time! Anyways, we are safe from the signs and commercials until next year when it all starts again for the Presidential Election in '08.

Alicia - Bill must have been calling you the same time Hillary called us! What a coincidence! I'm happy the elections are over too...but Wednesday marked the day everyone starts talking about the '08 Presidential elections - I can't wait!
