A Minute To Breathe

I really have nothing to write about, but I feel like I've been neglecting my blog for too long! I haven't had much blogging time though due to all the holiday craziness and having Tom and Abb stay here with me. I had a lovely Christmas though, I'm very sad it's over. Winter is all downhill from here. No more holiday cheer, just lots of snow and cold.

I was right about the digital camera! I am thrilled to finally have one :) It's a Kodak camera with a printing dock, which is fabulous, although I have no idea how to work that mother yet. As soon as I get everything figured out I will most certainly be posting some pictures. Aside from the camera I got several other great gifts....the Gavin Degraw CD (that I needed to physically pick out myself because Tom had no idea who he was, in his mind he was Dr. Phil's son), Target gift cards (my fav), lots of books, dvds...so many random things it was great! I still have 3 more to open tonight, then I think I'm officially done. Man, I'm way too old to be getting so many presents, but I'm not complaining in any way because I LOVE presents :) Oh, I did get one hilarious present from my mom. It's a complete pimp robe, I swear Hugh Hefner has the exact same one. Mine is red satin with a cozy black lining...it's really hilarious on. Abb got an identical robe but in pink, which conveniently she left here, so now I have 2 pimp robes.

Well I should get going. Soon we're heading over to the Marriott in Minneapolis to meet up with my dad, and then later tonight we are heading over to the Target center to watch the Twolves play the Sonics. We have first row seats right behind the hoop which is amazing. I'm not a basketball fan, but the game is very enjoyable when you are sitting so close to the players! Then tomorrow we've got the Wold family Christmas party which I am very much looking forward to. After that, my dad and Abb leave Friday and my life will return to its regular slow/boring pace.

Okay, I'm totally rambling. I promise next time I post I will actually have something interesting to say!

I need an update. Whatever happened with your mom? What did you decide to do? It must have been pretty uneventful or I'm sure you would have written, but I need to know.

Nope. I held my ground and wouldn't go with. I guess my mom tried to get Larry to stay at a hotel in around my apartment because they were so tired from all the driving...hahahaha :) I bet she learned her lesson.
