Lovely Days, Lovely Dresses

I love this time of year. At first I'm always a little bummed when summer ends because I hate losing the fabulous sunny days and laying by the pool, but the thought of wearing cute cozy sweaters and seeing the leaves change color always makes me happy. Plus I LOVE Halloween and going to haunted houses, and then come November I start listening to Christmas music (I seriously cannot wait to bust out my NSYNC and Mariah Carey Christmas CDs) and preparing myself for the wonderfulness of the holiday season! But I'm getting really ahead of myself here...back to the lovely day we had today. I couldn't sit inside all day as I planned because the weather was just too gorgeous, so I took Torii for a walk. As we were walking I realized how much I miss being in Winona. Days like yesterday and today totally remind me of walking to campus with my friends or going for walks around the lake... I'm not sure if it's college I miss, or living with all of my friends and always having someone to hang out with. Living with Andy is of course lovely, but talking to a boy is totally different than talking to a girl. I miss gossiping, commenting on fashion felonies, and talking about ridiculously random things. Like today I found 2 of the most fabulous wedding dresses and I had no one to show them to...it was quite a sad moment! I know I'm not getting married anytime soon but I LOVE to pretend I am. I used to want to go with a really poofy princessy dress...but now I'm wanting to go a bit sexier. Sexy glamorous, not sexy trashy. Oh how I love TheKnot.com! Such a fabulous place to kill time!!
