Monday and Tuesday are certainly my least favorite days. I dread them. Yesterday started off terribly, I ended up sleeping until noon because Torii was whining ALL night and I couldn't get a good hour of sleep in. So basically I had to get up, get ready for work, and leave. I get to work and I realized I was only scheduled for 3 hours instead of 6, I was soooooo happy! My 3 hours went by very quickly, and as I was heading towards the door at 5pm, I got cornered by another teacher asking me if I wanted to stay another 2 hours. Grrr. Obviously I didn't really want to stay 2 more hours, but someone messed up the schedule and there were more students than teachers, so I had no choice. So I trudged back to my table, crabby and sad about staying...I'm such a baby. Anyway, the last 2 hours really weren't bad and I do need the extra money so it was fine. As I was leaving, the center director came up to me to thank me for staying and handed me a 10 dollar gift card to Best Buy. (This may seem random but we use these as prizes for our students to buy in our "store".) I almost felt guilty taking it because I'm technically supposed to work all those hours anyway, but it was a fabulous ending to my Monday night! :)

My Tuesday is already looking bright...I just found out that I'm only working 3-6 tonight instead of 2-8...fabulous! :) I think I really must be the laziest mother alive because I don't care that I'm losing money, I am thrilled that I will be able to workout, tan, and make it home in time to watch the Real World!

Next Monday and Tuesday I will be on vacation at the lovely Arrowwod Resort in Alexandria Minnesota....so I guess Mondays and Tuesdays aren't always so terrible!
