Warning: Don't read if you are eating.

I am a pretty open person. I will tell you anything, regardless if you want to hear it or not. I am also a pretty disgusting person. My dad has given me countless warnings for my use of "drop a slop" or "deuce and dash". My sister received daily emails regarding my hemorrhoids and questionable stomach, among various other disgusting facts. So now I feel like I should be passing along some grossness to you. Plus, aren't you a tiny bit curious what 55lbs and a c-section can do to a small body?!

Less than a week after giving birth:

1 month later:

(Ignore the super sexy undies) Notice how 1 side of my belly hangs lower than the other. This is rather disturbing.

Side view after birth:

Side view 1 month later:

This side hangs lower. It is gross.

So far, I've lost 31lbs. I'm down to 154 and I'd at least like to get to 130 by Christmas. I think that is a pretty realistic goal. I see my doctor on Sept 11th and then hopefully I will be able to start working out!

I have 24 more pounds to lose, and clearly the majority of that is in my stomach! When I laugh, my stomach jiggles. Obviously, my only 2 Halloween choices are Santa or a pot belly pig. My biggest fear is that my stomach will always hang. Having a flat stomach doesn't really matter much anymore...but I NEED it to hang less. A person should never have to debate whether or not to tuck their stomach into their pants, or leave it hanging over. This is currently my life.
Thank goodness she is cuter than I ever imagined!

Oh my god I am at my desk laughing - a pot belly pig and wether or not to tuck in your belly! Seriously Bets don't be so hard on yourself you are only one month past delivery give it time! And once you can start working out that will help. And by the way she is so unbelievably cute so I would say it was all worth it!

I'm totally freaked out about what's going to happen to all the stretched out skin when this hard pregnant belly of mine no longer has a baby in it... This makes me feel much better buddy. ;) jk.
