My 100 Things...

I'm sure you are just dying to know these random fun facts about me...

1. I am 27 years old.

2. I have the BEST job in the world. I teach adorable 3rd graders.

3. The school I work at is in a very bad neighborhood. Someone was shot and killed in our parking lot (thankfully not on a school day), there was a drug raid across the street from school that involved the FBI running into the house with guns drawn...I think you get the idea.

4. The kids are awesome though. I wouldn't teach anywhere else!

5. Going from a school in the suburbs to an inner city school is when you really realize just how much you can make a difference in the lives' of your students.

6. I am bad at grammar. I didn't know if "lives" needed an apostrophe or not. So I put one there just in case.

7. I don't eat red meat. It is far too nasty for me to handle.

8. It's mainly the texture. Gross!

9. I used to hate yogurt, but every time I ate it I told myself I was eating pudding. Now I love yogurt.

10. I am a TV junkie.

11. I want to be in love with a vampire.

12. I obviously just finished reading Twilight. Loved it!

13. November-December is my favorite time of year.

14. I love the festiveness of it all!

15. My favorite color is pink.

16. My classroom is almost completely pink. Pink bulletin boards, pink rug, pink chairs. It makes me happy.

17. My entire life I hated animals.

18. Then A and I got our little snoogler and I fell in love.

19. Now I can't watch that Sarah McLachlan save the animals commercial without crying.

20. I have major social anxiety issues.

21. Luckily, once I get to know people, I have no problems. It's just getting to know people that is hard for me.

22. Thankfully I have tons of awesome friends who gave me a chance, despite me awkwardness!

23. I have only seriously dated 2 boys in my whole life.

24. Lucky for me #2 was the right guy for me!

25. I have a hard time being serious.

26. I'd rather laugh all day and turn everything into a joke, than actually take things seriously.

27. I am slightly bratty.

28. I am also slightly spoiled.

29. I blame this on my dad.

30. He gives his "princesses" whatever we want....so naturally I got comfortable.

31. Once while I was at home, I saw a Twix commercial and said "I need one of those", within 30 seconds of that comment, my dad was out the door heading up to White Hen. He returned with 4 candy bars for me. Can you understand why I'm spoiled?

32. Or maybe the fact that he calls me his princess was enough?

33. I am addicted to the internet. I should seriously consider rehab.

34. I check my facebook page way too much.

35. I do this so I don't have to do real work.

36. I HATE beer.

37. I love margs.

38. I also love captain and cokes.

39. I really love pizza hut pizza!

40. I dont' care what people think about me.

41. I pretty much do what I want.

42. Kanye West's "Welcome to the Good Life" was the song that played when A and I were pronounced husband and wife.

43. See! I do what I want. And I didn't want a traditional boring song.

44. People LOVED it.

45. After all, marriage is the best life possible, isn't it?!

46. My wedding day was awesome.

47. Nothing went wrong aside from my sunburn.

48. Oh the photographer kinda sucked, but I didn't know that at the time.

49. I am a huge Minnesota Twins fan!!

50. Naturally, I hate the White Sox.

51. Since my family still lives in IL, we go to as many Twins/White Sox games as possible. They are the best!!

52. My dad and my sister are pretty much my favorite people alive.

53. I have an amazing family. Fabulous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins...seriously. You should be jealous :) I love them all tons!

54. I'm a board game junkie. If I could play them every night I would!

55. I am addicted to tanning.

56. I am ghostly white without it.

57. I hate being cold.

58. A keeps the thermostat at 66, so sometimes I end up taking 3 baths a night just to stay warm.

59. When shop at The Buckle, Express, Gap, and Nordstrom.

60. But Target is my favorite store by far.

61. PINK is my favorite singer! I think she is amazing!

62. I love rap/hip hop music.

63. I was a pom in high school, so I feel the need to always be listening to music I can dance to.

64. I'm addicted to massages.

65. I have a membership at a local massage place so I get 1 massage a month.

66. Teaching is a tough job so I decided to splurge.

67. Nothing wrong with a little relaxation.

68. I hate my teeth.

69. I have the smallest mouth in America. I would give anything to have a nice big smile.

70. I love green eyes.

71. Isla is my very favorite girl name. Don't' steal it from me.

72. Camden and Brevin are my boy names.

73. I want a baby soooooooooo badly!

74. As soon as A has a real job, we will be trying.

75. Jon and Kate Plus 8 is one of my favorite shows.

76. I totally want Asian babies.

77. I am also addicted to One Tree Hill and The Office.

78. "You can't fire me, I don't work in this van."

79. I look exactly like my mom.

80. I LOVE sleeping.

81. Actually, my bed is my favorite place on earth.

82. I have a cloud blanket that I got my freshman year of college. It is the coziest blanket I've ever owned, and I will not get rid of it.

83. I don't care if my friends think it is dirty or gross.

84. I also don't care that it has millions of holes in it.

85. I go to Florida every year. I love traveling to warm sunny places!

86. I miss my family.

87. I wish I could go back to IL more to visit.

88. I would move home if IL were better than MN. It's not though.

89. I hyphenated my last name.

90. That confused/pissed a lot of people off.

91. I don't understand why a girl needs to give up her last name because she gets married!

92. I love my last name. It's a huge part of me and I refuse to let it go.

93. I don't believe in the whole "2 become 1" thing when it comes to marriage.

94. We still have separate checking accounts, and basically live the same way we lived before we were married.

95. I am not making my kids hyphenate their name though!

96. That would be silly.

97. I love dancing!

98. I have random dance parties whenever I can.

99. I live in sweatpants.
