Less than 2 weeks!!!

I just told Alicia I wasn't going to blog anymore but I suddenly felt inspired. I doubt I will keep this up but we'll see.

Today we set a closing date for the house, March 26th. Obviously I'm quite excited because it is less than 2 weeks away! It is perfect timing for me because the following week is spring break, so I will have plenty of time to unpack, clean, and organize. The beautiful thing is that we don't need to be out of our apartment until April 10th, so we have plenty of time to move out and clean this place which I am quite thrilled about. Oh, we also figured out that if we put my name on the loan, our interest rate will drop 2 points making our payments a lot lower each month! Here is a picture of the townhomes...neither of those are ours though, but you get the idea of what our house looks like.

I am sooo excited I just can't wait to move in! :) I am somewhat stressed though because there is soooo much we are going to need to buy eventually...
-Blinds or curtains, we haven't decided yet.
-A new living room set (we have found one we like for a great price, but the couches are light yellow and I'm not sure how to decorate with that color...)
-Washer and dryer.
-Tv and tv stand, we do have both right now, but our tv stand is from 1990, it is horribly ugly, and we would like another tv so we could have one upstairs and one downstairs. Not a priority by any means, but something we'd like later on.

There are several other things we need, but they aren't really priorities right now. I would love a bedroom set so Andy and I could at least have matching nightstands. I'd also love a new comforter because ours shrunk massively when I washed/dried it after one of Torii's anal leakage mishaps. Obviously we won't be able to afford much until I get a real job, so I'm really really hoping next year will be my year!
